For patients it's absolutely free, so just sign up and you can use the app immediately. However, if you would like to share the data with your doctor or therapist, they will need a PRO-account, which enables them to access the data you share (and only that data!). Consequently, you could use mydbt.ch as your personal daily log and only share parts of it and even with different people. So you are in full control and you can revoke the sharing at any time. Your data, your decision!
